Caribbean Territory Manager Territory : Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Bermuda, Cayman and Bahamas- candidates must be willing and able to travel 50% of the time. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States or Mexico and have up to date legal documents to travel. Candidates can be located in: CDMX, Florida, New York, Atlanta, or Houston The Caribbean Territory Manager will be the key representative of our design brands in the Caribbean. The main task will be to strengthen the relationship between the brand and the distribution network and drive its growth and positioning. In addition, will act as an ambassador for our brands to the community of architects, designers, builders, brokers and end customers, ensuring that our value and design proposals are recognized and respected in the market. Main tasks: 1. Business Partner Management * Build and maintain strong and strategic relationships with the distribution network to promote the alignment of their business objectives with the brand's objectives. * Coordinate the sales and marketing plan to ensure compliance with the territory's volume, revenue and profitability goals. * Provide training and support to distributors to gain a thorough understanding of the brand's products and philosophy. 2. Brand Ambassador * Act as the main representative and spokesperson for the brand in the Caribbean to the community of architects, designers, builders, brokers and end customers. * Participate in events, fairs and trade shows to position designer brands in the market. * Develop a network of strategic contacts and form alliances with industry thought leaders. 3. Market Analysis and Commercial Strategy * Identify and analyze market and competition trends and develop strategies that capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks in the region. * Provide management with regular information and reports on sales performance and market development. 4. Sales and Marketing Support. * Work with the marketing team to implement region-specific campaigns that increase brand visibility and reputation. * Ensure that brand display standards are correctly implemented at retailers' points of sale. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in international business, business administration, marketing, architecture, design or related fields. * Strong verbal and written English. * 5-7 years of proven experience in commercial roles in the Caribbean, preferably in the design, luxury or high-end consumer goods sectors. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse audiences (architects, designers, distributors). * In-depth knowledge of Caribbean market trends and experience in managing distributors or clients. * Ability to travel regularly to the Caribbean.
