St. Ann's Community is currently looking for a Dining Room Supervisor for our Independent Living facility Chapel Oaks, located on the Irondequoit Campus.

Job Description:





    • Consistently engages with staff to effectively meet the needs of the customer in a resident driven environment.
    • Ensures, impeccable, creative standards are met on the appearance, decor of our Dining Room on a daily basis as well as special events/celebrations.
    • Provides guidance and support for Dining Room Captain
    • Regularly speaks with residents to solicit feedback on menu selections and service to ensure customer satisfaction needs are met.
    • Consistently, accurately performs/inputs all applicable retail financial and meal reporting reports (MICROS (EMC/CBORD)
    • Ensures, impeccable, creative standards are met on the appearance, decor of catered, special events/celebrations.




Candidate Requirements:



  • Associates Degree in Nutrition or Foodservice Management with 5 (five) - 7 (seven) years' experience of continuous or recent foodservice experience or equivalent combination of education or experience
