Emergency Department Patient Navigator

• Reporting to the Director of Emergency Services or their designee, the Patient Navigator is responsible for processing Emergency Department (ED) provider billing, prompt patient follow-up, and quality assurance activities. Interacts with providers, staff, patients and their family or significant others.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience
  • Previous secretarial experience with demonstrated computer and word processing skills required.
  • Medical terminology preferred
• Licensure and/or Certification
