Compensation: $140-$160K +20% Location: Tampa, Florida Responsibilities The Sr Director of Safety Strategy is responsible for developing and leading the organization's long-term safety vision, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This role focuses on proactively identifying risks, implementing innovative safety solutions, and fostering a culture of safety across all levels of the company. The Director collaborates with executive leadership and cross-functional leaders of business units to integrate safety into operational strategies and drives the continuous improvement of safety programs to meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
