You will spend your day working in our coding software called Xpressions. You will assess requirements for new documents and changes to existing documents including contracts, benefit summaries and proposals. You will develop code for new documents and update code for changes to existing documents in Xpressions. You will promote and test these code changes and ensure all business requirements are met. - Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications)
- Business Systems Analyst II: $65,000 - $75,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Business Systems Analyst III: $77,000 - $85,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Business Systems Consultant I: $87,000 - $95,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.

Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2025, which is prorated based on the start date. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- You will create new documents within our Xpressions systems, test documents in various environments before putting in production.
- You will make code updates to existing documents in Xpressions based on requirements provided by the business unit.
- You will support production issues submitted by users of the documents through troubleshooting, research and analytics to successfully resolve the problem.
- You will coordinate document changes by staying keenly aware of the cross team impact tracked in Excel.
- You will work in a SAFe Agile Kanban methodology and be expected to keep your stories updated, attend daily huddles, and participate in car planning activities.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Experience with problem solving, digging into systems and using technology to solve problems with the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office is essential, particularly in MS Word, as you will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing complex documents.
- Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that all documents are accurate, well-organized. You will need to be highly aware of collaboration within these documents, understanding who is working on them and ensuring smooth and secure document management.

- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
