Overview R&P is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who wants to join our team supporting the Navy's Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) shipbuilding program office (PMS 501) in executing its responsibility to satisfy the current and future Navy needs for LCS. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Program Management, Acquisition, Engineering, Logistics, and Technical Services to government clients. R&P offers a highly competitive compensation package that includes contributions towards health insurance, 401(k) matching, and other non-salary benefits. Exact salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Responsibilities
Maintain and deconflict schedules, facilitate meetings, escort guests and manage correspondence.
