The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members on our Consolidated Billing Team. As a Billing Specialist, you will process invoicing and documentation for allocating fees to funds for all alternative and traditional fund products in IMS.

What you will do:

You will allocate expenses, including vendor rebates, appropriately across the segment, funds and clients adhering to quality controls to ensure expenses and billing is accurate

You will coordinate with Corporate Accounting to send invoices to clients.

You will interface with fund operations, client service teams, business management team, internal partners and vendors as needed.

You will research fees as needed.

You will support operational activities, as needed.

You will support contract management, as needed

You will create efficiencies and assist with special projects as needed.

You will utilize Advantage Fee, a billing and revenue management solution, as well as project management tools such as Jira.

You will employ your analytical skills by utilizing data analysis aimed at identifying key metrics and trends.

You will be a partner to the Business Management team assisting with sales activity reporting, fee schedules, and special projects as needed.

What we need from you:

BA / BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent professional experience

Minimum 2 years financial services experience.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel and Word. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.

Ability to work independently

The self-motivation, organization and drive to complete multiple client deliverables in a timely manner without sacrificing excellence or quality.

Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will primarily support your clients through email and/or phone calls.

Strong customer service skills as you will be communicating daily with your clients and other service providers.
