Moog Medical is looking for a R&D Engineer.

Moog Medical Devices Group designs, manufactures, and distributes industry-leading enteral feeding and infusion pumps. Through investment in research & development and relying on our vast expertise, we design and develop advanced infusion systems that improve medication safety, optimize application performance, and reduce medical expenses. As a R&D Engineer you will perform engineering verification and validation testing activities within FDA QSR standards with guidance of senior engineering. Reporting to the Manager Senior, Engineering you will be located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

To be considered for a R&D Engineer, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in related electromechanical, biomedical engineering, or technical discipline with one (1) year related experience
  • Understanding of the following:
    • Risk assessment process.
    • Product related disciplines (mechanical, electrical, software,
    • disposables, etc.)
    • Lab equipment use and functionality (ovens, tensile testers)
  • Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Ability to follow precise written instructions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Able to succeed in highly regulated compliance-oriented environment - International standards and regulations
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
  • Ability to lead small projects and lead others
  • Ability to relocate to the Salt Lake City, UT area

Salary Range Transparency:

Salt Lake City, UT $70,000.00-$90,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
