Position Purpose: Responsible for the sales, service, and administrative activities and relationship management to prospective and existing accounts. Customarily and regularly engaged in outside sales. This open position is within one of our subsidiary companies called Summit Reinsurance Services, inc. (Summit RE located in Fort Wayne, IN and Roseville, MN.) Summit Re is a part of Companion Life organization and a managing underwriter that specializes in employer stop loss coverage and managed care reinsurance. Summit Re's vision is to be the recognized leader and trusted partner providing innovative risk management solutions for entities bearing healthcare risk which include employers, HMO's, provider groups, captives and other insurance companies. As a member of the Sumit RE employer stop loss sales team, you will be responsible for the sales, service and relationship management to prospective and existing accounts/programs - specifically for the employer stop loss product. This position will be specifically focused on expanding Summit RE and Companion Life's presence and penetration into the managed care market (HMO/Regional Health Plans, ACO's, etc. as well as the traditional broker and TPA distribution channels. You will have a leadership role in developing the marketing strategy/plan to elevate summit's products in those specific market segments. Logistics: This is a full-time position working (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm working remote. What You Will Do:
