Chamberlain University-Phoenix, AZ, campus has applied for Accreditation - Provisional from the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA).

Chamberlain University-Phoenix, AZ. campus anticipates matriculating its first class in September 2026, pending achieving Accreditation - Provisional status at the March 2026 ARC-PA meeting. Accreditation - Provisional is an accreditation status granted when the plans and resource allocation, if fully implemented as planned, of a proposed program that has not yet enrolled students appear to demonstrate the program's ability to meet the ARC-PA Standards or when a program holding accreditation-provisional status appears to demonstrate continued progress in complying with the Standards as it prepares for the graduation of the first class (cohort) of students.

Chamberlain University is looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Coordinator to join our new Phoenix Master of Physician Assistant Studies team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior staff.
  • Coordinating and organizing events, both virtual and in-person.
  • Handling correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Assisting with special projects and providing general administrative support as needed.
  • Completes other duties as assigned and complies with all policies and standards.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma orequivalent required.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $17.15 and $27.36. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
