Factory Manager The Factory Manager must be on top of and follow up on any and all the activities which may impact the responsibilities listed below. The Factory Manager must work efficiently across functional boundaries. They must manage across different functional areas to achieve results irrespective of their functional area of responsibility. They must also be able to manage upwards and outwards to assure effective achievement of the desired. The Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing resources, improving operational systems, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Factory Manager will oversee Disposables.
