Job Description:
Job Description: The Assistant Supervisor of TPA Compliance is responsible for leading a team that executes key compliance initiatives for our Third Party Administrator, including oversight of services that support our clients' OSHA Recordkeeping compliance. The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, cross departmental personnel, and our clients to ensure application of regulatory statutes, policy provisions, and adherence to best practice guidelines. Responsibilities:
- Utilizes performance management process effectively and on an ongoing basis, to maximize the performance of employees, administer personnel programs, provide career development opportunities, and promote effective communication with employees
- Ensures highest levels of customer services across the organization and promotes ongoing spirit of collaboration, teamwork, and engagement with all areas
- Understands business objectives and utilizes that knowledge to lead process improvement initiatives to maximize internal efficiency and improve client experience
- Oversees the OSHA Recordkeeping team and supports our clients with their compliance obligations
- Facilitates the onboarding of new clients; schedules meetings and calibration discussions with clients, conducts training pursuant to data integrity requirements for successful product integration
- Maintains quality assurance processes to ensure accurate invoicing and processing of revenue generations with various financial arrangements
- Maintains technical and regulatory expertise in accordance with commercial Workers' Compensation and Casualty claims administration requirements; monitors judicial and legislative developments to promptly identify, analyze, and communicate changes impacting these areas
- Oversees management of corporate and adjuster licensing program across several lines of business, including the continuing education credits requirements process
- Leverages critical thinking and decision-making skills to develop, recommend, and implement opportunities for efficiency and productivity gains while adhering to best practices
- Evolves reporting and analytics to support compliance initiatives and optimize metrics and results
- Participates in project management for the TPA to execute corporate projects, including geographic expansion, new system evaluations, and broad process and technical advancements
- Other compliance related job duties as assigned

- Bachelor's degree and/or minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible Workers' Compensation experience or technically related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally to all levels within the company and with external parties is essential
- Advanced skills in applying sound judgement, including the ability to problem solve, establish goals, and implement action plans
- Decisive and organizational attributes; clear and conceptual thinking ability with excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, mentoring, and teamwork skills; previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Excel is required; ability to understand claims software and Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint
