Qualifications

6 to 10 yrs. of QA experience

Expertise in Maven, Selenium, TestNG, and Java, along with domain experience in Asset and Wealth Management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the quality assurance efforts ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Supervise the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts using tools like Maven, Selenium, TestNG, and Java.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
• Monitor and report on test execution progress, defect metrics, and overall quality status to stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain end to end pipeline using Azure Devops
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with development teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to quality assurance and testing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve the overall quality of software products and processes.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Apply domain knowledge in Asset and Wealth Management to develop and implement domain-specific test cases and scenarios.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in quality assurance and testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
