We're hiring a Professional Development Specialist! The Educator Orientation Partner will primarily be responsible for delivery of virtual learning programs, including, but not limited to orientation and onboarding events for those new to the field, primarily educators. Virtual facilitation includes training delivery, classroom set-up and management, and facilitating flipped learning discussions and assignments. Educator Orientation Partners will also be assigned additional rotating duties including, but not limited to, training design, leading training projects, data management and reporting, on-site training, and managing cohorts of learners. Location: The ideal candidate resides in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone. What you will be doing in this role:

Salary/Hourly Rate and Other Compensation Disclosures: The annual starting salary for this position is between $58,000 - $62,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening.
