Position: Senior Defensive Systems Missile ITEAMs Analyst Location: Huntsville, AL Job Type: Full-time Job Description: IS4S is seeking an experienced Senior Defensive Systems Missile ITEAMs Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will perform all-source missile analysis of interceptors associated with air defense systems. This includes detailed analysis of missile subsystems including propulsion, aerodynamics, propulsion, guidance, navigation and integrated RF and EOIR seekers. Typical activities include: Working closely with the customer to understand needs and deliver quality products that accomplish their mission; Leading a section of the ITEAMS analysis for a specific subsystem with junior analysts; Reviewing and directing staff and subcontractors providing products expected by the customer; Preparing quick-look analysis and detailed intelligence-based reports on systems under study; Supporting analysis by providing experienced engineering insight in one or more subsystem area. Candidates should enjoy supporting Government customers in executing highly technical and analytical tasks that lead to deliverables containing a high level of rigor expected by the customers. Though the position will be an addition to an existing team, candidates are expected to be self-driven problem solvers capable of operating independently on some tasks. Candidates must have strong analytical and communication skills along with willingness to lead and train junior engineers and scientists. Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Candidate must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI with CI polygraph. Applicants must clearly state citizenship and any active clearance in a cover letter or on the resume. Required Experience and Skills: BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Aerospace, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 13+ years of experience Experience with understanding of ground-to-air missile systems and subsystems Experience supporting the intelligence community on ITEAMS efforts Desired Experience and Skills: Broad technical experience of all missile subsystems and specific SME experience in one or more subsystem areas.
