Description Role: This position continues the development our digital products. In this role you will identify opportunities to improve and enhance digital solutions. This person must have a member-first mindset, strong understanding of back-end and front-end programming languages, and an ability to develop and understand data that can be used to track, analyze, and improve our digital products. The role requires a candidate who has excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work with cross departmental teams. This is a member-centric role, working to translate the needs of users into digital product opportunities. Major Duties and Responsibilities

The salary range for this position is: $89,150.23 - $133,725.34. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
