Manager of Project Execution

Job type: Full time

Schedule: Standard Daytime hours, Monday-Friday

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 (15% Short-Term Incentive Bonus Plan)

*Compensation for this position includes base salary, short-term incentive opportunity, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role as well as the geographic location of the role.

What You'll Do

We are seeking a Project Execution Manager who will be responsible for training, coaching and managing the project execution team. This role will also partner with sales, logisitics services, and other internal departments for continuous improvement, partnership, and support to deliver a high level of customer service that drive financial results for the company.|

You will...



  • Hiring, training, and coaching of direct reports
  • partner with sales leaders and project sales managers to drive consistency of project related processes
  • coach project managers to generate additional profit on projects by promoting and upselling project services
  • Continuous improvement of project execution team processes through feedback collection
  • Ensure project kickoff meetings are being hosted for key projects.


What You Bring

Requirements:



  • 3+ years in electrical or construction industry
  • 3+ years of sales and customer service experience
  • 3+ years of project OR people management experience
  • Ability to manage profitability and financial performance
  • Experience with key customers and large project business is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Remote work available 2 days/week andmust travel to all support locations at least once a month.
