Job Type: RegularAdministrative Assistant (Service Desk/Floater) We are looking for enthusiastic and technically proficient Administrative Assistants to join our team in service/floater roles across the organization. Administrative Assistant positions support researchers and associated tasks as needed. This role requires a team player who is flexible, able to swiftly change pace, adapts to changing priorities and juggle a varied work mix while working under minimal supervision. Day-to-day responsibilities will include calendaring, scheduling meetings/ conference calls, domestic and international travel arranging and expense reimbursement, logistical planning, tracking action items and keeping tasks on schedule. Other responsibilities include formatting documents and references and preparing them for the internal quality assurance process, assisting with proposal submissions, citation management, conference, and large meeting planning. Qualifications
Experience One year minimum experience. Preferred: 1-2 years' experience (BA degree may be considered as 2 years of experience) Education High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Security Clearance Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which requires U.S.Citizenship.Candidates with an active clearance are preferred. Location This is a hybrid role (working onsite 2-3 days each week at a RAND office in Boston, MA, Pittsburgh, PA or Arlington, VA). Fully remote is not available for this role. Salary Range: $45,900 - $73,800 Administrative Assistant II $45,900 - $66,300 Administrative AssistantIII $50,900 - $73,800 RAND considers a variety of factors when formulating an offer, including but not limited to, the specific role and associated responsibilities; a candidate's work experience, education/training, skills, expertise; and internal equity.This position is overtime eligible.
