Description

POSITION SUMMARY

Under limited supervision, conduct technical training courses for customers and/or employees on using complex situations for multiple products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS



  • Interact with customers and functional organizations to develop specifications for the course content. (Essential)
  • Ensures that training courses address all levels of customers in the use of company products/services. (Essential)
  • Develop training curricula, determine training objectives, and prepare training programs, procedures, tests, handouts, and laboratory exercises. (Essential)
  • Instruct participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions. (Essential)
  • Administer written and practical exams. (Essential)
  • Works with engineering, sales, technical support, and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features. Must be willing to travel. (Essential)
  • Assesses customer needs for future course development. (Essential)
  • Complies with EBARA's safety policies, including participating in and completing all required safety training. (Essential)
  • Maintains a clean and safe working environment compliant with Ebara and customer safety policies. (Essential)
  • Performs other duties as assigned. (Non-Essential



Qualifications

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education



  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.


Experience



  • Two years of Instructor experience in a professional or academic environment is required.
  • Four (4) to Eight (8) years of work-related experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • CMP or Plating experience is desirable.
  • Experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the electrical and electronics fields with a basic understanding of chemistry.
  • Strong Customer Relations skills.


SKILLS & ABILITIES



  • Working knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Speaking in front of groups. Strong time management skills. Self-starter.
  • Demonstrated leadership and program management skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal colleagues and customers.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Provide verification of good driving record if servicing customers offsite
