Director of Case Management

Job Description:

The Case Management Director is responsible for the administrative direction of Case Management, Discharge Planning, Utilization Review, and Social Services. The Director has oversight of denials and appeals for all payers to include federal and state RAC processes. The Director collaborates with Revenue Cycle and coordinates systems and services required for an organized, multidisciplinary team approach to achieving effective outcomes while deplying an appropriate use of resources.

Requirements:

Must be a Registered Nurse licensed to work in Indiana

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or other healthcare related field.

Master's degree preferred.

A minimum of three years comprehensive case management leadership experience required.
