Professional Services Program & Communication Manager

As a member of Snowflake's Global Professional Services and Training (PS&T) organization and part of the PS&T Operations team, you will work on creating, implementing, and managing a communications strategy and you will support enablement programs for the Professional Services and Training organization. Working in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment, you will experience first-hand the immediate and direct impact your contributions have on Snowflake's rapidly-expanding PS&T organization and its base of global customers.

• Enablement:

  • Management of PS&T internal pages on Snowflake's content management and LMS platforms; including creating/editing content as needed

  • Working with knowledge guilds and other SMEs to keep enablement assets updated

  • Management of the PS&T Enablement calendar for attendees and presenters

  • Coordination and facilitation of the 2-week new hire onboarding bootcamp monthly

  • Providing support to other PS&T enablement programs and PS&T events as needed

• PS&T Communications

  • Coordination/Responsibility for departmental newsletter

  • Development and execution of departmental communication strategy to inform, engage, and align PS&T employees through various channels including: newsletters, executive messaging, comms schedule

  • Coordination with PS&T leadership and key stakeholders to ensure appropriate and clear messaging for internal alignment

• Internal Marketing

  • Partnering with company Marketing resources to produce internal marketing collateral and education for increased visibility and engagement between Snowflake Sales and PS&T.

  • Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure PS&T messaging is included in larger corporate wide events, i.e. Sales Kickoff (SKO), Snowflake Summit and other regional events

• BA/BS in relevant field or equivalent experience

• 10+ years of experience working within Professional Services or related field technical organization

• Excellent writing and editing skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various stakeholders and deadlines

• Experience with technical enablement and collateral development

• Meeting Planner experience(PMP/CMP)

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

• The estimated base salary range for this role is $143,000 - $199,500.
• Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
