Hours: M-F 8:00-4:30

The Supervisor of Concussion Clinic Support is responsible for ensuring the Concussion Center is fully operational to meet the demands of the medical team, support staff, Rehab Concussion therapists and patients. The Supervisor of Concussion Clinic Support will report to the Business Manager of Post Acute Service Line and provide operational oversight and strategic direction to areas related to the Concussion Center. The Supervisor of Concussion Clinic Support will augment patient, family and physician satisfaction while ensuring fiscal responsibility, enhance productivity, and oversee the regulatory functions for the department. The Supervisor of Concussion Clinic Support will be a team leader for the Clinical Office Coordinators and Insurance Coordinators and serve as a liaison between the support staff, medical staff and Rehabilitation Concussion therapists, in coordination of patient requests and care. This position will be responsible for assuring Patient Experience protocol is followed to provide exceptional customer service.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in, healthcare administration preferred
  • Licensure and/or Certification
    • N/A
  • Skills
    • Must be able to handle a high degree of confidentiality
    • Professional in attitude and presentation
    • Possess strong positive attitude and ability to provide support to clinical staff as well as support staff
    • Proven strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently with strong organization and analytical skills
    • Computer skills required including advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Knowledge of GE Centricity, Meditech and Epic software
    • Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
    • Excellent customer service skills
