What It's Like Imagine handling customer transactions for all the T-Mobile UNCARRIER brands right from when they are not even a customer! Customer Info team delivers unified and comprehensive customer information to all transaction support systems (think websites, retail stores and care calls). We enable seamless verification, treatment, communication, and support for customers across all brands, channels, and lines of business. What You'll Do Work on development of an GenAI-powered agentic app that accelerates validation of the customer API services using LLMs, structured and unstructured sources of data. Key Responsibilities Immersive understanding of the validation context for the customer domain services. Collaborate with the product owners, developers to extract the context for use with Gen-AI LLMs. Pair programming with senior developer to identify the right genAI strategy to apply Develop agentic app using the chosen approach. Present progress report to the team every week. What It Takes Java/Springboot and related testing frameworks REST APIs Generative AI and LLMs Minimum Qualifications At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education. Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience/location. Never stop growing!
