What We Offer

This position supports the maintenance, training and production organizations with administrative tasks critical to processing information and data. Those tasks include production material movements, training reports, accounting for maintenance manpower assignments, and documentation of inspections in their relevant systems.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Account for maintenance manpower assignments and enter into SAP
  • Scan, enter and maintain inspection data in relevant documentation systems
  • Confirm maintenance overtime list with the maintenance schedule
  • Perform SAP equipment movements for relief valve spare and in-service equipment
  • Provide SAP data for monthly Flowserve reports
  • Support production with confirmations, material movements and resolution of discrepancies
  • Maintain training documentation and record keepingin the Learning Management System
  • Generate reports from the Learning Management System as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ years experience handling administrative tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Experience

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Data Entry
