Job Summary:The talented members of the CF Industries Yazoo City Nitrogen Complex have a passion for safety, performance and are motivated by the team-based work approach. The Maintenance Manager is a key member of the site leadership team and is responsible for the safe, efficient, and effective performance of the site's maintenance department.

Job Responsibilities:
- Establishes a strong leadership presence and personal commitment to promoting a proactive positive EHS culture inclusive of all CF employees and maintenance contractors onsite.
- Responsible for ensuring all maintenance activities comply with company policy and government regulations, including OSHA's Process Safety Management Program.
- Works in partnership with the Site Leadership Team to promote CF Core Values, uphold strong moral and ethical standards, promote a positive culture founded upon mutual respect, self-reflection, and continuous feedback.
- Responsible for ensuring the Maintenance Department keeps the facility's assets in a safe and reliable condition.
- Collaborates with the site Management Team to prepare and administer the maintenance budget, ensuring that the site is maintained appropriately and within budgeted costs.
- Conducts reviews of applicable regulations, codes, and RAGAGEP's and develops methods of compliance as they relate to Mechanical Integrity and plant-wide safety (ex. ASME, API, NFPA, IEEE, etc.)
- Manages, coaches, and develops a competent team of approximately 75 salaried and hourly maintenance personnel. The Maintenance Manager continuously evaluates the Department's performance, identifying, developing, and implementing opportunities for improvement.
- Oversees with Maintenance Superintendents and the Human Resources Department to ensure that all aspects of personnel policy are equitably administered and that effective training for all personnel is established and in effect.
- Oversees maintenance planning team to ensure that accounting procedures, work order systems, equipment records, and preventive maintenance programs are effective and being implemented as designed. Responsible for long-range planning and execution of maintenance activities relative to turnarounds, expansions, etc.
- Collaborates with other CF Industries manufacturing sites to share best practices for turnaround planning, equipment repairs, preventative/ predictive maintenance strategies, and technical training/ development of maintenance employees.
Successful Candidates will have:
- The candidate will possess strong leadership skills. These leadership skills should include an ability to establish and articulate strategic and operating objectives, while maintaining a customer-oriented approach to addressing the needs of the facility.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing facility holding maintenance or engineering roles of progressive nature. Experience should include managing a maintenance or engineering team during large-scale turnaround events.
- The position requires a Bachelor of Science Degree in mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, or chemical engineering.
