As part of the Telecare Family, Willow Rock is a 16-bed Psychiatric Health Facility in Alameda County for adolescents 12-17 years old who are experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms. Shifts Available: Full Time 1.0; DAYS 10:00 am - 6:30 pm; Sunday - Thursday Expected starting wage $21.00 - $ 25.00. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. POSITION SUMMARY The Lead Recovery Specialist II ensures the completion of duties of clinical staff by supporting and clarifying Recovery Specialist and Peer Support Specialist roles. The position provides direct services and works with program leadership in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and services with the primary focus on meeting the physical and psychological needs of members served in a manner consistent with Rehabilitation and Recovery principles. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, twist, push, pull and lift and carry items weighing 25 pounds or less as well as to frequently walk, stand, twist, reach and to do simple and power grasping. The position requires manual deviation, repetitive and dexterity and to occasionally drive and be exposed to uneven walking ground as well as Hazardous Exposure (Blood Borne Pathogens, Hospital Waste, Chemical & Infectious).
