THE JOB:

As a Food Server at The Mansion, are an essential part of guest experience. Your dedication to providing courteous and prompt tableside service to all guests, and welcoming personality will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences alongside maintaining a pristine environment, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

THE STARTING PAY: $18.7848 hourly, plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet and serve guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome

• Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery of menu items of every course and both non and alcoholic beverages

• Anticipate the guests' needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency

• Communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees

• Maintain general cleanliness of assigned stations and tables, organization of the dining area, and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and Point of Sale (POS) stations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Able to work varied on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Previous experience as a Food Server in a fine-dining restaurant

• Previous experience and knowledge of Asian cuisine

• Fluent in multiple languages such as Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, and/or Italian

• Strong customer service background, with the ability to create personalized experiences and address guest needs promptly and professionally.

• Familiarity with the dynamics of working in a resort or casino environment, adept at managing high-energy guest interactions.
