Mead & Hunt, an award-winning national architecture and engineering firm, has continued to exceed our strategic growth initiatives creating opportunity for our current and prospective team members. As a result, a full-time position is available for an architecture project manager. This manager would lead project teams focused on architecture, engineering, and planning services for our aviation and federal defense clients. This opportunity is available in San Diego, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Sacramento, CA; or Windsor, CA. Responsibilities include leading project teams on small to large projects; developing scopes, fees, contracts and subcontracts; tracking and monitoring scopes, schedules, budgets and fees scheduling and facilitating team and client meetings; building new and maintaining current client relationships; supporting market leaders in strategically expanding business opportunities with aviation clients and federal agencies; developing and delivering presentations to clients. As a national practice, this position is expected to travel up to 50%. The successful candidate must have the following:
