As an Executive Assistant, you'll work with a diverse range of internal and external partners. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary $32.00 - $43.27, plus annual bonus opportunity.

- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2025, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2025, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2025 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Streamline Leadership Operations: Independently manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and oversee travel arrangements to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Be the First Point of Contact: Screen and manage confidential communications from internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
- Create Impactful Materials: Leverage advanced systems to craft business documents, reports, and presentations that support organizational success.
- Support at the Highest Level: Provide confidential administrative assistance to executives, exercising sound judgment and analytical skills to address sensitive matters.
- Drive Efficiency & Compliance: Analyze processes for optimization, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with budget and expense management as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 3+ years of senior administrative assistant or executive assistant experience supporting senior leadership.
- Proficient in Tools & Tech: Leverage advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and business technology to support organizational goals with precision.
- Exceptional Communicator: Deliver polished, accurate materials and build strong partnerships through outstanding verbal, written, and customer service skills.
- Master of Time Management: Stay organized, detail-oriented, and decisive while managing multiple priorities and solving challenges creatively.
- Collaborative & Adaptable: Thrive in dynamic environments, working both independently and as part of a team with patience and persistence.
- Driven & Reliable: Demonstrate accountability, urgency, flexibility and tenacity, meeting deadlines with consistent attendance and a willingness to learn.
