Overview

R&P is looking for an outgoing individual who wants to join our team. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need a Program Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment supporting the Front Office of a major ship acquisition program.



Responsibilities

    Program Management Support: Provide administrative and office support for the DDG 51 program office to include direct support to the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager. This includes supporting the management of records, calendars, schedules, and correspondence.
  • Provide task management and assistance in the development of milestones and objectives for the DDG 51 program office.
  • Support the routing an control of all DDG 51 program office documentation to include routing and serialization of program documents.
  • Provide support for action and milestone planning and tracking, project planning and progress, and program metrics establishment and tracking.
  • Actively participation in designated meetings and milestone reviews.
  • Interface with Program Office staff and internal/external organizations in support of scheduling and the coordination of information flow in and out of the program office.
  • **This position requires a daily presence on a Government facility and does not support remote work.
