Description The Gibbs & Cox Division within Leidos Defense Systems Sector is seeking a seasoned leader to manage a team of experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments.The Portfolio Manager will lead Engineering Support Services (ESS) for NAVSEA and Navy Warfare Centers and engineering design, as well as development and through life support for Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs). The Portfolio Manager will also lead a portfolio consisting of firm fixed price (FFP) and cost-plus fixed fee (CPFF) contracts worth over $50M. Primary Responsibilities: Lead successful execution of a portfolio of contracts and projects. Develop competitive and cost-effective solutions to address customer requirements across the full scope of the MSG Portfolio. Ensure good program management practices are applied to meet customer requirement and schedules with high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting profitability targets. Support business development efforts to grow the portfolio including managing successful proposal activities for ONR, Navy, DARPA, Seaport, and other transaction authority (OTA) contracts. Requires the ability to develop a technology roadmap and a growth strategy to integrate the technologies into Programs of Record.
