Azure Data Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Azure Data Factory and a strong understanding of Supply Chain Management particularly in the Consumer Goods sector. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of data solutions using Azure Data Factory to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of data pipelines ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Provide technical expertise in data integration transformation and orchestration using Azure Data Factory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the scalability reliability and performance of data solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior team members to ensure best practices are followed.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data solutions including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Implement data governance and security measures to protect sensitive information.
• Optimize data solutions for cost-efficiency and performance.
• Drive innovation by exploring new tools and technologies to enhance data processing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in Azure Data Factory with hands-on experience in designing and implementing data solutions.
• Have a solid understanding of Supply Chain Management particularly in the Consumer Goods sector.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
• Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Show proficiency in data integration transformation and orchestration techniques.
• Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
• Have experience in implementing data governance and security measures to protect sensitive information.
• Possess the ability to optimize data solutions for cost-efficiency and performance.

Certifications Required

Azure Data Engineer Associate Supply Chain Management Certification (nice to have)

Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until Jan 4th 2025.
