Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer Intern

Location: Manitowoc, WI

Salary: $24/hour

Work Environment: Manufacturing Facility/Office

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Core Requirements:

• Must be a current Junior or Senior student in an engineering school, working towards a Bachelor's degree with an engineering focus.
• Ideal fields of study include Welding, Materials, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Implement improvement ideas generated by process improvement system.

• Collaborate with the team to improve production efficiency.

• Assist manufacturing engineers with improvement of current processes.
• Evaluate current processes and systems for cost reduction and improvement.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas.
