Responsibilities

Contractor shall provide standardized, on-site Information Technology (IT) services to include, and are not limited to, helpdesk and desk side support, remote and on-site troubleshooting, on-site IT touch labor, system administrative support, project task management support, network security and cybersecurity support including Risk Management Framework/Authority to Operate (RMF/ATO) support, in room/on-site video teleconferencing support, mobile and web applications support, and asset management support, as required.

The Project Manager II position will provide support to the Geographic Service Providers (GSP) Military Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) IT (Information Technology) Support Services located at Ft. Gordon Einsenhower Medical Center in Augusta, GA. The roles responisiblities are outlined below:

    Plans, initiates, and manages information technology projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
  • Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
  • Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
  • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
  • Performs more independent thinking and may supervise others.


Qualifications

Accredited Bachelor's degree with four (4) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.

Experience:

  • Planning, facilitating and managing activities for a large multi-disciplinary IT support project
  • Executing complex Information Technology projects to address needs and requirements, process improvements, interfacing with other functional support groups and outside personnel, preparing capital and operating requests.
  • The first line to address issues at the lowest level associated with TO PWS requirements

Certification: Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent as approved by Government Task Manager, ITIL 4 Foundation

Clearance Required: Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance. Active clearance preferred.
