Job Summary The Data Center Technician supports critical building maintenance and systems in a Data Center. Operates, monitors, and maintains utilites, including HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) set up, maintenance and balancing. Acts as a first responder providing hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting and operations. This equipment includes, but is not limited to: stand-by diesel generators, switchgear, CRAH, CRAK, UPS's, PDU's, AHU's, chillers, cooling towers, chemical treatment systems, pumps, motors, VFD's, and building automation systems. Assist and maintains responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing and inventory control, contracted maintenance, general maintenance and technical proficiency
