Overview

The Contracts Administrator is responsible for providing a high level of support to in-house counsel and managing contracts for the business teams. Primary job duties consist of organization, management, and oversight of client and vendor contracts for multiple domestic and international business teams.

Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee administration of contracts with national and international clients and vendors.
  • Monitor contract negotiations and assist with procuring and reviewing relevant documents related to the contracting process.
  • Monitor all conditions described on client contracts and ensure requirements and deadlines are properly recorded.
  • Collaborate with business development, legal, and other internal stakeholders on client and vendor details.
  • Understand and assist with updating terms and conditions.
  • Maintain, navigate, and oversee organized system of digital records.
  • Work on implementation, updating, and monitoring of a computer-based contract management system.
  • Responsible for oversite of electronic systems and verification of critical information, including reminders of critical dates or contract requirements.
  • Complete all vendor profile and related set-up requests.
  • Manage internal documents.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree with at least three years relevant experience.
  • Must have experience with at least one contract management system (digital). Experience with IntelAgree, specifically, is preferred but not required.
  • Preferred: prior law firm or in-house legal experience.
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with clients and co-workers at all levels.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and readily adapt.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must exhibit continual attention to detail with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be a team player and have ability to work well independently and within a team environment.


The Salary Range for this position is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 and is dependent on education, experience, location and certifications/licensure.
