Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for automation, cloud technologies, and continuous delivery. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth delivery of our SaaS packages, hot fixes, and internal support.

Responsibilities:



  • Azure DevOps:Utilize Azure DevOps to manage the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines and artifact management.


  • Build and Test:Facilitate the build and test processes for our SaaS packages and hot fixes, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
  • Install/Upgrade:Support the installation and upgrade of our SaaS packages, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
  • Internal Support:Provide technical support to internal teams, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Automation:Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for build, test, and deployment procedures.
  • Version Control:Manage version control systems (SVN and Git) to track changes and maintain code integrity.


  • Docker and Kubernetes:Leverage Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration to deploy and manage applications in a scalable and efficient manner.


Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


  • Strong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
  • Knowledge of version control systems (SVN, Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
