Head of Medical Communications We have a current opportunity for Head of our Medical Communications division. This is an exciting opportunity to grow our existing business line, reporting directly to our Chief Executive Officer. About Amplity Amplity is a global contract sales and commercial organization partnering with pharma and biotech companies to provide tailored outsourced programs and communications throughout a drug's life cycle. We specialize in scientific stakeholder engagement and go-to-market strategies, emphasizing person-to-person interactions that build trust with physicians, patients, payers, community organizations, and life science executives. Purpose of Role The Head of Medical Communications plays a crucial role as business leader and true partner for our clients as we help them communicate complex medical messages to both healthcare providers and patients. Through the delivery of high value strategic offerings and multichannel communications products, the Head of Medical Communications will work with media buying, medical affairs, and brand executives in pharma and biotech to drive the business 'mission of mitigating health inequities to ensure all patients can get the care they deserve. Leading a high performing team to deliver on a successful business strategy is a top priority to ensure business line growth and profitability. As part of the business line's growth goals, this leader will be responsible for ensuring the success of the media and agency offerings Amplity Medical Communications business currently delivers. This executive will also work with the larger Amplity leadership team and their direct reports in Medical Communications to develop and commercialize new offerings that help the business line quickly realize double-digit revenue growth year over year.
