LSSI is hiring afull-time Human Resources Business Partner,MondaythroughFriday. To align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units, networks and programs. Assess and anticipate HR needs in the respective business unit. Serve as a consultant to the business unit management on HR related matters and issues.

Essential Functions:
- Assists assigned networks/programs to define needs and objectives in HR areas including but not limited to employment, compensation, employee relations, employee retentions and training.
- Develop, maintain, and implement learning strategies and programs.
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other HR related trainings including supervisor/management.
- Assists related management in evaluating individual and organizational development needs.
- Assists management in developing their team members through career pathing.
- Maintain knowledge of legal/regulatory requirements relating to HR, reducing legal risks and mitigating financial impact to the network's bottom line.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues as they arise. Conduct objective investigations and provide mediation and/or facilitation services.
- Provide guidance and interpret policies, procedure, practices for all HR related questions for employees.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years in progressive roles in HR, with at least 5 of those years in Employee Relations, general HR management, and training and development.
- Background check clearance required.
- SHRM certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, strong presentation and pc/computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) along with other related software.
- Experience in building solid working relationships.
- Experience with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Experience and able to design and implement employee and supervisory training programs.
- Valid driver's license, in good standing for the state of residency required.
- Access to reliable transportation required.
- Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury and property damage required.
