Team Lead - Building Controls: This is where you come in. We're seeking a Team Lead - Building Controls to manage and develop a team of talented Controls Specialists. This team is responsible for the successful execution of building controls installations and implementations for MacMiller projects. The Team Lead will play a hands-on role in supporting configuration, programming, startup, testing, and troubleshooting of controls systems and HVAC networks. Key responsibilities include forecasting and resource planning, providing clear work direction to team members, and ensuring that all work aligns with state, local, and federal regulations, as well as modern construction techniques. The Team Lead is expected to lead by example, upholding the highest ethical standards on every project. Compensation: $110,000 to $145,000 Annually MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions presently provides employee coverage for:

Where you will work Our Seattle HQ office, located at 17930 International Blvd, SeaTac, WA 98188, offers convenient access to SeaTac International Airport, ample secured parking, and newly renovated facilities with fantastic views. The surrounding neighborhood boasts an onsite deli, a variety of restaurants, and easy access to freeways and the airport. Additionally, this role requires occasional travel to our Inland Northwest office in Spokane, located at 818 W Riverside Ave, Suite 350, Spokane, WA 99201, averaging two days per month.
