Description
The Benefits Analyst reports to the Manager, Benefits. The Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration of Thresholds employee group benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, employer paid benefits, as well as the Employee Wellness program. The Analyst provides excellent customer service, investigates new benefits programs, improves existing benefits programs, and supervises and monitors benefits administration. The Analyst provides analytical and technical support in the delivery of benefits programs.
