As an Operations Technician, you will:

• Perform precise data entry and updates for customer information.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and enhance data accuracy.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure the completeness and correctness of customer records.

• Uphold compliance with data privacy regulations in all aspects of data handling.

• Generate and analyze reports to support business decision-making.

Education

High School Required
Associate's Degree Preferred

Experience

2-4 years Office Required
3-5 years Office / Operations Preferred
