1st Shift Production Supervisor 5:30am-4pm Mon thru Thursday and Fridays as Needed! POSITION SUMMARY The Production Supervisor will assist the Plant Manager to plan, direct and coordinate fabrication and assembly operations to effectively and profitability produce superior quality products and ensure on-time delivery. This position will oversee a shift crew at the production plant and will provide leadership to improve safety, housekeeping, product quality, process efficiency, and labor deployment. CORE FUNCTIONS

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES This position plans, staffs, evaluates, and directs work of employees in a work unit. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position is subject to light work; exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES This position is subject to the following activities: standing, walking, talking and grasping. VISUAL ACUITY The worker is required to have a close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, expansive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly of fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes. WORKING CONDITIONS The worker is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions, including heat, noise, vibration, and hazards from a production-based environment. Experience
2 years: Oversee production activities. Ensure activities are being achieved in compliance with THI Ecosystem expectations. Follow escalation procedures to react when targets are not achieved across all shifts. (required)
2 years: 2 years supervisory experience (required) 2 - 5 years: Assign team members with tasks to be completed each shift. Ensure all policies and procedures are followed and coach individuals when not in accordance with our servant leadership approach. (required) |
