Description Leidos is seeking a TS/SCI cleared Senior Proposal Writer with experience in U.S. Government proposals. This position is within the National Security Sector's Capture Excellence team, which supports Leidos' most strategic bids across the sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, multi-talented individual to make an immediate impact to high-priority proposals. The Senior Proposal Writer will lead development of clear, compliant, and compelling proposal sections and volumes. The writer will work directly with Capture Executives, Solution Architects, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define, elicit, and communicate win strategy and technical, management, transition, and experience solutions. The successful candidate must possess the ability to identify needed content to respond to requirements and score against evaluation criteria, as well as the ability to work with highly technical concepts (e.g., software development, cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML, data analytics). The individual must have the ability to work independently with a strong sense of pride in developing quality written documents in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. This position will be hybrid, with some telework and work onsite at facilities in the DC Metro area when required for proposal efforts. Primary Responsibilities:
