* Patient Care: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care, including preventive services, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
* Coordination of Services: Serve as a "health manager" by coordinating patient care, guiding diagnostic procedures, and facilitating referrals to specialists when necessary.
* Health Education: Counsel and educate patients on safe health behaviors, self-care skills, treatment options, and preventive healthcare services.
* Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and continuous care for patients.

* Medical degree from an accredited institution.
* Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field.
* Valid medical license to practice in the state of Georgia.
