Position Summary The Sr. Manager, IT - Data Analytics is responsible for providing data analytics subject matter expertise and leadership to the DCRI. This role will require that they work closely with key stakeholders, collect requirements, and produce deliverables in the form of business intelligence reports, dashboards, or raw datasets that will be used to drive business decisions. This manager will develop data visualization and insights service offerings, demonstrate thought leadership, manage complex projects, build client relationships, recruit and mentor staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new IT services. The role will help to achieve the growth and use of data analytics and insights at the DCRI, meet project objectives, leverage AI and new technologies, and maintain best practices. As a member of the DCRI management team, this manager will join IT professionals with a broad knowledge of the healthcare industry including regulatory reporting and compliance. The manager will be part of a collaborative IT service delivery team intent on providing exceptional client service to meet overall DCRI objectives. ** NOTE: This position may have an opportunity to work remotely. Position Responsibilities
Education and Experience BA or BS in computer science, mathematics or an Information Technology-related field and 8 or more years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven experience as an Analytics Manager or Lead Data Scientist. Three (3) years of experience in managing people and supervisory experience required. Skills, Training and Certifications
