Rockland Trust is currently seeking a seasonal, part-time Trust Tax Administrative Assistant with a flexible schedule for the upcoming tax season (January through April 15th). The position will involve working closely with the Trust Tax Officer at our Hanover office to assist with filing, copying, organizing tax documents, and supporting various other projects as needed. Strong administrative and computer skills are essential, with experience in Adobe Acrobat DC, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access being critical. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A basic understanding of various tax documents is preferred. The position requires an average of 24 to 28 hours per week, with additional hours potentially needed from mid-March through April 15th. Responsibilities Include:
