We are currently looking for a dynamic, creative and hands-on Content Marketing Strategist to join our Global Corporate Communications team based in our global headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas. Job Scope: Your role will be to work with internal stakeholders across Huntsman's corporate functions to plan, develop, and drive content initiatives, and execute high-quality content that engages internal and external audiences globally, drives conversations, and boost's our brand's visibility. The selected candidate will possess strong copywriting skills, creativity in visual content development, and experience working with digital platforms and web content. You will be comfortable crafting written and visual content for various channels and formats (i.e. Sharepoint, newsletter articles, e-mail communication, social media). Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and proofread compelling stories for a variety of communications channels, including internal articles, e-mail communications, newsletters, video scripting, website, and social media.
- Take day-to-day responsibility of the team's editorial calendar - creating and implementing plans while working across functional teams to meet objectives.
- Coordinate content development, design, production, and distribution of communications materials with creative team and internal stakeholders.
- Produce engaging content that is consistent with Huntsman brand tone, voice, style across all communications channels.
- Analyze content performance metrics, including engagement, traffic, and conversions, and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Develop a prioritized schedule of reviewing, updating, and designing content to support Huntsman's corporate functions.
- Coordinate translation of communication materials for use outside the U.S., collaborating with external translation agencies and global communications staff.
- Uphold Huntsman brand and trademark standards and consistency on all projects in coordination with Corporate Communications and Legal department.
- Stay abreast of new technologies and trends, and implement into Huntsman content strategy.
- Train colleagues, as needed, on various content management systems and social media best practices.
Qualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, public relations or related field.
- 3+years of proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, and/or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B corporate communications or business unit marketing team in the chemical, manufacturing, or oil & gas industries.
- Strong writing, copy editing, and proofreading skills
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual)
- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure content effectiveness and adapt strategies accordingly
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual)
- Knowledge of best practices for formatting and presenting textual, graphic, and A/V content for websites, mobile applications, and other digital media applications

Technical Skills required:
- Top-notch writing, editing, and proofreading skills are required. (Associated Press style is our standard). Works effectively with designers to create visual communications.
- High level of proficiency in digital platforms: Sharepoint, Company Intranet, Microsoft Office 365 programs, social media applications, Hootsuite, website, e-mail communications, e-newsletters.
- Proficiency with design software including, but not limited to, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva.
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with basic HTML.
