POSITION OVERVIEW

The Associate Director, PMO is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects and programs within the assigned POD, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and seamless integration across various functions. This role requires a seasoned PM who can drive cross-functional collaboration, manage complex integrated programs, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Project Oversight:

    • Oversee the portfolio of projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.
    • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to PMO Lead, senior management and stakeholders.
    • Identify and mitigate risks and issues affecting project outcomes.


  • Methodology Development:

    • Align with established project management standards, processes, and tools in partnership with the PMO Lead and EVP, MD of Operations.
    • Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies across all projects.


  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Facilitate communication and reporting between project teams and senior management.


  • Performance Measurement:

    • Collaborate with PMO Lead to define and implement KPIs and metrics to measure project performance and PMO effectiveness.
    • Conduct project audits and post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.


  • Resource Management:

    • Manage resource allocation across projects, ensuring optimal utilization of skills and capabilities.




QUALIFICATIONS



  • Experience:

    • 5-7 years of experience in integrated project management
    • Knowledge and familiarity with the media process is preferred.
    • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and portfolios.




  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
    • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

The salary range for this position is posted below.
