FlexStaff is seeking a Temporary Tax Accountant for our client. As a Tax Accountant you will be responsible for ensuring compliance obligations are efficient, on time, and accurate, while minimizing the company's sales tax liabilities. Responsibilities: Prepare, review and file sales and use tax returns from Vertex for multiple states, to comply with state and local regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required (Accounting preferred), CPA helpful 3-5 years of multi-state sales tax accounting experience Experience researching tax rules and regulations for products and services. Proficiency with Vertex Returns, or similar tax management systems required. Oracle and Tableau experience a plus Strong Excel skills are required Ability to work independently and interact well with others *Additional Salary Detail The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
